At VisionVeda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VisionVeda account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
